Name: Flow of Time
Description: Setsuna can encase himself in non-existence, and move through time in a way that others cannot even comprehend, almost becoming one with the flow of time itself. This is the bases for many of Setsuna's time based moves.
Effect: +2 to all dodges and reactions, able to reroll 1 a round, last for 2 rounds; After 2 rounds effect becomes -3 to dodging and reactions for 1 round.
Type: Misc. Self-Target

Name: Kansoku Touketsu(Slow Freezing)
Description: One of Setsuna’s signature moves. He slows all of time down the longer he keeps it active the slower everything becomes until time is almost completely stopped. Everyone but him is slowed down while everyone thinks there going the same speed causing them to think Setsuna is moving incredibly fast.
Effect:+2 to all rolls like hitting dodging and reaction, every round can ad a 'charge' to increase the bonus by 1
Type: 'Genocide'; considered, but not truly a charge
Cost:15STA and 10FP to start; 5FP every 5 turns; 3FP to 'charge'

Name: Rules of the Universe
Description: Setsuna sets 'rules' on groups or even a single person that if broken have varying consequences.
Effect: Come up with almost any reasonable rule, and select a punishment form the list that the target must follow when they break the rule. Can only have two rules active per battle.
Punishment 1: The affected attacks themselves full force(where and how decided at the time of activation.)[Undodgeable attack on oneself]
Punishment 2: The affected suffers unimaginable pain in there genitals. [DC12(It auto stick though) Stat drop(5/2) to POW KNOW and DEX]
Punishment 3: The affected is suddenly slammed to the ground unable to move for thirty seconds.[Prone and forced to stay prone for 1 round before getting up]
Punishment 4: The affected stops what there doing and begins dancing for 5 seconds.[Unable to attack for 1 round]
Punishment 5: The affected has one or more directions changed (IE: Left becomes right, forward becomes back, back stays back.)[DC12 Confusion(X/2) wears off after a max of 8 rounds]
Punishment 6: The affected gains any status effect afflicted on another even if there immune to it.[Gains the same status affliction someone else already has on them]
Punishment 7: The affected lose the ability to speak for one minute.[Can not use incantations for 1 battle]
Punishment 8: The affected is targeted and attacked once by everyone nearby.[Everyone gets a free attack on the target(target can still dodge)]
Punishment 9: The affected is unable to say anything negative. [?]
Punishment 10: The affected receives a bitchslap from the universe.[One minor 'accident' happens to the character at GM discretion]

Name: Temporal Strike
Description: Setsuna attacks a target dealing damage but also damaging there temporal essence dealing damage to there Stamina too.
Effect:+10% Pow dmg; DC10+[know/5] Tired(10/2) Max duration 4 rounds

Name: Delay
Description: Time is something most rarely notice until it's gone, Setsuna can activate this ability on any attack or ability know or WILL/10 times a round. If an attack successfully lands with Delay activated, the attack deals no damage but the person attacked loses there turn that round if an opponent is hit more then once it will not add to the effect.
Effect: Can only be used 3 times a round; when used, the ability enchanted does no damage, but if hits will make the victim lose their next turn(including their STA recover) this only works on a singe target, even if the ability hits multiple people.
Type: Single Target Misc.
Cost:5STA 10FP to enchant an ability or attack

Name: Knot of Time
Description: Setsuna knows how to twist and warp time into extremely confusing patterns, and seem to move faster than anything, while, from his perspective, he is merely moving at a leisurely rate. Of course, this manipulation does not come without drawback. Setsuna gains the ability to bargain with time itself, and pull time from the future, and into the present.
Effect: Can Take up to half of the STA he'd get on his next turn, and get it immediately. Can only be used once every 3 rounds.
Type: Single Misc
Cost:5STA 10FP

Name: Cloak/Invisible
Description: Setsuna uses magic to turn himself invisible.
Effect: Visually imperceptible; if attacking the target will notice just before the attack hits, and is able to react flatfooted(no modifiers to roll except for equipment); +5 to hide rolls as well.
Type: Single Target; Misc
Cost:10STA 10FP to start; 7FP every 5 turns.

Foresight: Passive, 20% Chance of foreseeing a back attack.

Backstab: 2 AP, Must be behind Enemy Unit, Roll a d20 VS d20, should it work you will deal 3x more damage to the enemy unit then you would normally.
Hide: 1 AP, Allows you to hide in a square that has brush, forest, mountain, ect. While in this if you strike an enemy your damage will be doubled.
