Intense amber eyes and short cropped cherry red hair. He seems to have minor patches of red scales here and there due to the draconic splicing. Wearing camouflage trousers and a black tank top, ammo belted about his waist, and a heavy looking gatling-like gun carried about with ease.

Biography: found at a very young age, on the streets of Likona in the country of Aurias, orphaned or abandoned and only knowing his name, he was gathered by a subdivision of the military seeking to make better soldiers from human stock. Grueling training physically with moderate education elsewise, he and the others were eventually injected and magicked with dragon genetics splicing the more useful qualities of the Dragons used in the military into Human genetic code. There were numerous failures, roughly 75% of those undergoing the procedure died , Haegr was one of the exceedingly lucky few to not only survive the splicing but to have merged almost flawlessly with it. Taking the best traits of humans and dragons to combine them in one allowing him flight and strength and durability, trained in the use of heavy guns in order to act as fast support in sky battles or as a shock troop on the ground, he took to engineering, enjoying it as much as he enjoyed the rapport of big bertha as she mowed down enemy troops. seeing so many of his fellow foundlings die during the experiments he and a group of others formed and executed an escape plan. during a live fire drill they took their armor and weapons and fired and fought their way free of the Likona experimentation center they had been brought up in. a mad dash through the countryside and being forced to live as thieves until they crossed into Drofmio where they were picked up by the border patrol initially being thought of as Hrago escapees when it was brought to light they were in fact humans that had been spliced with dragon dna instead, and after witnessing the cohesive way in which the surviving escapees fought and trained and functioned the Drofmio military offered them a place amongst their ranks as shock troops and aerial fast attack Haegr having been made the leader of this particular Brood of splices accepted the offer as it would provide them with sanctuary within another city's bounds and upon endearing themselves to the ruler and military it was unlikely that they'd be given back to the land they'd escaped from. Jovial sort of guy, works well with those he respects, tends to scowl at those he dislikes.
